Dwayne is the Pastor-in-Charge of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. He also serves as the Director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. In addition to pastoring Dwayne has a passion for equipping the new generation of Biblical counselors. He is a member of the Board for Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition.
