Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy was born in 1962. She is an American actress. In 1983, following her film debut Bad Boys, Sheedy became part of the Brat group with actors. She was in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985), Short Circuit (1986) and WarGames. Sheedy received an Independent Spirit Award in 1998 as the most outstanding female leading role. It was because of her performance as Lisa Cholodenko in High Art. Ally Sheedy has been an American writer and actor for over 20 years. Her film career began beginning in the early 1980s, with the crime-drama film Bad Boys, for which she earned a lot of praise. Rick Rosenthal was the director of this film, where other actors were notable, such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. After her breakthrough in her first film she also appeared in the comedy drama The Breakfast Club. John Hughes's film The Breakfast Club has been hailed as among high school cinema's best films. Despite a budget of only one million dollars, the film's earnings exceeded $50 Million. When she was on CBS Schoolbreak, which was her first appearance on TV. It was a show designed for teens and aired in April of 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues were some other shows on television that the actress appeared on. The most recent of her roles is in Little Sister. Another one, X-Men Apocalypse a story that revolves around a female superhero, in which she has a cameo. Sheedy received numerous prizes in 2005 for her performance. She also received the an MTV Movie Award, Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
