Annie Mist Thorisdottir is an experienced professional CrossFit athlete from Reykjavik Iceland. She also coaches and trainer in Crossfit Reykjavik. Annie is the sole female ever to win at the CrossFit Games two times. Annie was second at the 2010, and 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelander weightlifter, CrossFit competitor and media star - is a CrossFit athlete from Iceland. She was the first woman winner of the CrossFit Games in 2011, as well as 2012, and twice. In 2013, and in 2017 she took home the Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie was raised by her parents living in Reykjavik Iceland. Being a sports and fitness enthusiast since a young age she participated in numerous school competitions and was awarded numerous medals. The year 2009 saw Annie Thorisdottir participated in the CrossFit competition in California. Annie Thorisdottir's age is 31 years (as of 2021). She's 5'7 tall and weighs around 67kg. Annie was the first to begin CrossFit training in California at the age of 2009. At the beginning of her competition, she was very successful and was ranked in the first 10 of the 70 competitors. Although she didn't win any of the titles She finished in the 11th position. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. Her coach Jami Tikannen helped her achieve an overall second place at the CrossFit Games, and a medal that was silver at the time of the year. After a year in CrossFit Games, Annie won her first CrossFit Games. Her dominant performance earned her the title. Annie was a winner, having an outstanding performance in 2012 CrossFit Games performance, became the very first woman to be crowned the winner of the two CrossFit Games. Additionally, in 2014 Annie received a Silver medal and most recently, in 2021, she took home a Bronze Medal in the CrossFit Games. Annie is a coach and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik.
